 
NEEA is a unique organization where utilities in the Northwest
pool their resources and work collaboratively to implement
region-wide energy efficiency programs. C+C has been NEEA’s
corporate communications agency since 2006, working to
help them define and communicate key messages to their
stakeholders. This work includes developing communications
plans and strategy, defining messages, training stakeholder
groups, creating materials and helping to continually gather
and incorporate feedback into communications efforts. Major
milestones in 2008 have included the re-design of the NEEA
website, completion of a set of case studies that illustrate
the value NEEA brings to the region, workshops with their
contractor base to gather input into NEEA corporate communications
activities, design of their annual report and a recent
