ENERGY STAR Change a Light
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR Change a Light, Change the World Campaign aimed to inspire Americans to take a small action to make a big difference in protecting our environment -- switching out a single light bulb to a CFL that has earned the ENERGY STAR for energy efficiency. To facilitate this, C+C developed a 20-day, coast-to-coast bus tour to engage consumers and ENERGY STAR partners in the campaign. ENERGY STAR partners were chosen to host the bus at 16 public events in targeted markets nationwide, getting 15,000 CFLs into the hands of Americans and garnering over 100 million media impressions, including an appearance on NBC’s Today Show.
